Yaaaay we made it trough Day 1 of Whole 30!!
-green tea with an inch of almond milk (oops, forgot almond milk from carton is excluded)
-eggs with kale and olive oil, spices
Snack: Almonds, Walnut, Pecans
-romaine lettuce wrapped chicken kilawen
-grilled salmon & asparagus
-grapes & cashews sprinkled with cinnamon
